Teacher Rachel started her piano journey at the age of 7 and has since developed a solid musical foundation through formal training and ensemble experience.

During her school years, she was part of the Symphonic Band at Tanjong Katong Girls’ School and took part in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF). She attained ABRSM Grade 8 Piano Practical and completed the Music Elective Programme at O-Levels with a distinction.

With a few years of experience teaching students, Teacher Rachel is known for her calm, patient approach and ability to make lessons approachable and enjoyable. She adapts her teaching to suit each student’s needs, helping learners build confidence, strong fundamentals, and an appreciation for music. She is excited to support students in their learning journey at Monty Piano Studio.
